HIDDE VAN SEGGELEN GALLERY is pleased to announce a joint performance by artists Peter Fengler and Matthias Lehrberger. This performance marks the final viewing of ‘Ketchup,’ a joint exhibition by Morgan Betz and Lutz Driessen. The show explores themes of artificiality, pop culture, and iconography—a chaotic, vibrant ‘spread’ that serves as the perfect backdrop for Fengler and Lehrberger’s sonic exploration.

About
Peter Fengler: Based in Rotterdam, Fengler is a multidisciplinary artist whose work sits at the intersection of performance, sound, and printed matter. As the founder of DE PLAYER, a renowned platform for “polymorphic” sound art, his practice often deconstructs the physical nature of media. Whether through vinyl, radio, or live action, Fengler explores the friction between high art and subculture.
Matthias Lehrberger: A visual artist based in Berlin, Lehrberger utilizes the drum kit as both a musical instrument and a sculptural tool. His practice is rooted in the physicality of percussion, investigating the translation of rhythmic energy into visual form and exploring how sound can inhabit a gallery space as a tangible, structural element.
